NOTES:
1: The spelling of Anne's surname is sometimes given as Home.
2: As a Saddler, Henry appears to have moved around quite a bit before finally settling in Wales, where the family name became Boocott (amongst other spellings). This was almost certainly by accident rather than by design.
3: Until recently I knew very little about Henry Boocock, but my distant cousin Joy Seamons made a tireless search of the Census records and traced Henry first to Liverpool and then to Wales. Based on Joy's work I was able to find Henry's baptism record and some other information, and I am indebted to her for her help in researching this family.
